• Also, THank You to Everyone who made my “Build a Wood Kiln” Indiegogo fundraising campaign such a success!

In early October I reached my fundraising goal of $15k and then some. Since then, I have broken ground, poured a pad, placed footers, and am now in the exciting phase of cutting timbers for the kiln barn. It has been so fun! To learn more about my project click here!

Maine Pottery Tour: Saturday May 4th - Sunday May 5th 2024

Saturday 10am-5pm and Sunday 11am-4pm

Every year on the first weekend in May, pottery and ceramics studios in Maine open their doors to the public. It's a fun day and a chance meet the artists, peek in the kilns, see demonstrations, and shop for pottery and other handmade goods. 2024 will be our twelfth year, and we will have dozens of participating studios. This year I am pleased to welcome a number of guest artists. Potters Rebecca May Verrill and Soozie Large will be joining me. As well as Charlie and Terrill of Tandem Glass! I’ll be doing some throwing demos so stop by and hang out for a bit!
